What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please reach out to us using the contact form.
If you are unhappy with the scent of a purchased product, we accept returns and exchanges provided that the product has not been used or damaged in any way. The cost of shipping a return is the customer's responsibility. Please note that we do offer single wax melt samples to test out our scents.
If the product arrives damaged or otherwise faulty, please reach out to us for a replacement.
When will I get my order?
Order processing can take up to 10 days due to our small operation and to account for any products that need to be made and cured. Once the order is ready and packed, it is then dropped off at a local shipping point on the following Wednesday or Saturday.
Most shipments will go out as UPS Ground. The combined processing and shipping time is usually 2-3 weeks.
You will receive confirmation by email when your order has shipped with it's tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Our baseline shipping cost is $8 to cover packaging and padding and transport to the continental US. Orders above $50 have free shipping.
Are your products safe?
We use an all natural Coconut Soy Wax blend that is non-toxic and a renewable resource. The fragrance oils we use are manufactured without organ or acute toxins, phthalates, and ingredients on the California Prop 65 list. All materials used have been approved for Candle and/or Wax Melt products
What scents are seasonal?
One of our company goals is to not do seasonal or FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) scents. Occasionally this might be out of our control due to discontinued fragrance oils, but we will do everything we can to reformulate or replace them with something similar. We will do our best to communicate these changes if/when they happen.
Do you use Generative AI?
Yes, the product 'ScentScape' images and some of the art on our site do use Generative AI. As our business grows, it is our sincere goal to be able to commission artists and practical photography to replace any GenAI usage. As the business is only a few months old we have not yet had budget for Design or Marketing.
